Jan Prince has been a coach and presenter since 1984. She is a master certified Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner who has taught communication skills and conflict management for international firms such as Nokia, Ericsson Telecom, the Helsinki Summer University, and Kaiser Permanente. She has had a private psychotherapy practice in Denver for 30 years. Ms. Prince has taught Practitioner and Master Track trainings for NLP Comprehensive since 2001. She has written numerous articles and co-authored the book, From the Inside Out: Building a Healthy Identity, a workbook on using NLP for therapists and coaches published in English, German and Finnish. Jan is known for her ability to establish rapport with persons from all walks of life and different cultures with her warmth and humor.
Barbara (Babs) Kirmis speaks several languages, and for 12 years worked with an international industrial company before she started and ran her own language institute in Germany. As an NLP trainer she has worked in the U.S. and Germany as a coach, lecturer and practitioner since 2008. Babs is trained in sports, communication and music and loves to combine all of them in her teaching. She conducts journeys, walks and bicycle tours with groups, utilizing NLP and movement.
Ricardo Ocampo is a certified Master Practitioner and Trainer who has been involved in NLP since 2004. He routinely assists as coach in various trainings in the U.S., Portugal, and Brazil at both the Practitioner and Master Practitioner levels and got his Master Trainer training from NLP University of California.
He is a registered psychotherapist with the State of Colorado and specializes in helping couples transform their relationships. He draws from a wide range of experience when practicing his transformative work which allows him to solve complex issues. His favorite life experiences include being a father of two boys and traveling to Peru to study Peruvian shamanism and mysticism. Ricardo is fluent in Spanish and English, and is proficient in Portuguese. He lived in Guatemala and currently lives in Denver, Colorado.
Mark Andreas, a certified NLP Trainer, lives in Boulder, CO, where he has a private practice assisting people in achieving life-goals and resolving limitations using NLP, Core Transformation, and other methods for personal transformation and development. Mark worked in wilderness therapy for two years, facilitating groups of at-risk youth on backpacking trips in the western United States and is author of the book Sweet Fruit from the Bitter Tree: 61 stories of creative and compassionate ways out of conflict.
Gerry Schimdt, Ph.D. is a transformational coach, corporate consultant, author and speaker on the subject of resiliency and change. His relaxed style, personal availability and extensive experience across multiple contexts creates an inspiring environment for rapid change. Some highlights of his nearly forty year career in helping individuals, teams and organizations get unstuck and achieve higher levels of mastery:

Pedro Alvarado is an NLP trainer and coach. For the past two years, Pedro has been working at the Central American Foundation for Emotional Education investigating new strategies for rapid resolution of emotional difficulties through Emotional Education and the application of NLP techniques and processes. One such successful application of NLP processes, has been the use of the NLP PTSD protocol with kidnapping victims for the Ministry of Justice of Costa Rica.
Pedro also teaches in the area of Foundations of Design for the Veritas University, one of the most prestigious universities of art, design and architecture in Latin America. Pedro lives in Costa Rica.
Abe Wagner is a corporate trainer, author, and convention speaker with forty years of experience in management and training. He has worked with domestic and international corporations, large and small in 35 countries and 48 states. Abe has served as a resource to many Fortune 500 companies and has a Master’s Degree in Social Work, a Teaching Membership in Transactional Analysis and is a Master Practitioner in NLP.
Abe’s presentations are an elegant blend of Transactional Analysis (TA), Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), communication and management principles, common sense and humor, delivered to stimulate audiences in a thought-provoking and entertaining way.
He is the author of Say It Straight Or You’ll Show It Crooked and The Transactional Manager.
Michael Watson is a trainer and teacher of NLP and hypnosis, Michael trains extensively in the US and UK. He brings over thirty years of experience to NLP of the Rockies. A student of Bandler and Grinder in the “pioneer days” of NLP, he has studied with Steve and Connirae Andreas, Robert Dilts, Christina Hall and others.
Michael’s work in hypnosis is most influenced by Stephen Gilligan and his work with Generative Trance is cutting edge.
He is on the board of The International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association and Educator of the Year for the International Association of Counselors and Therapists. Known for his lighthearted and caring spirit his programs are as delightful as they are useful. When he’s not teaching and traveling, he maintains a private practice in Orlando, Florida.
